Vintage Villas Hotel & Events is a boutique hotel and events venue overlooking Lake Travis in Austin, TX. It’s a premiere location for beautifully scenic weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.

They Needed...

Vintage Villas Hotel & Events was hosting a one-of-a-kind event: Goat Yoga. They needed a photo coverage of the event and a strategic distribution plan for photos after the event to drive online engagement and awareness of their venue and services.

Tricycle Creative was fantastic to work with! Ross was a great photographer and after the event he outlined the strategy we should use to distribute the photos on our social media accounts. He single-handedly accomplished what we'd normally need a team to do and added so much value to marketing our event.

We Delivered

We provided a photographer for the event who sent photos to the Vintage Villas social media manager during the event and touched up photos after the event for use on Vintage Villas social media accounts and website. Additionally, we delivered a specific distribution strategy across social, web, and email to increase awareness of Vintage Villas and their event partner, Goat Yoga ATX.
