FAQ's

Is this a workshop or a sales pitch?

Tricycle Creative is a Marketing Education Agency. Teaching is what we do. We will take 5-10 minutes at the end to discuss our services but we hate bait-and-switch tactics. We don’t do things we hate.

I don’t know the first thing about photography. Should I still attend this workshop?

Our workshops are “no judgment zones” where you can stop our instructors at any time if you don’t understand something we’re talking about. It’s ok AND chances are if you don’t know, there’s someone else in the class that has the same question.

Is there anything I need to know about the workshop session?

Pretty much everything is outlined on this page but you’ll get them all via email once you purchase your ticket. Be sure to check your spam folder!

What’s the cancellation policy?

If you’re unable to attend the workshop after purchasing your ticket, you must notify us 24 hours in advance of workshop for a full refund.

I like to waste money by signing up for stuff and then not showing up. Can you help?

Unfortunately, we’re not going to be enablers. We’ll send you a reminder the day before and the day of the workshop so you remember to show up. Sorry.

What should I bring to the workshop?

You should probably bring a notebook to jot down notes and a water bottle (hydration helps you learn).

You are welcome to bring your laptop and it might be helpful for some parts of the workshop but it’s not mandatory. Plus, we’re living in a distraction-filled world and we want you to be engaged in our workshop (not in puppy memes)

Got a question we haven’t covered? Get in touch.
