The Art Institute of Houston, their branch campuses (Austin and San Antonio), and The Art Institute of Dallas had a booth and marketing activation at the 2018 SXSW Gaming Expo. This event acted as one of their “tent pole” recruiting and marketing events of the year where their Game Design program was exposed to thousands of prospective students and industry professionals.

Tricycle Creative took content creation and social media management over for The Art Institute. This included:
- Providing social media coverage of SXSW Gaming Expo across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts
- Using social media to support booth programming and activities
- Capturing photos, editing short-form social video, and creating graphics to drive engagement and awareness
- Running paid social media campaigns to strategically boost content, reach, and/or engagement
